Practice and cogitation of professional accreditation of baccalaureate nursing programs in Nantong University

专业认证是高等护理教育质量保证的重要措施，是促使教育机构自我发展、自我激励、自我约束的内在需求。南通大学是一所有百年办学历史的江苏省属综合性大学。本文介绍了南通大学接受护理学专业认证工作的过程、认识与体会，为进一步推动认证工作的有效开展提供依据，同时为规范省属综合性大学护理教学体系、提高护理人才培养质量提供参考。

Professional accreditation of baccalaureate nursing programs is an important measure for quality assurance of advanced nursing education, which is internal requirements of self-development, autoexcitation, self-descipline for education institution. Nantong University is a comprehensive university in Jiangsu province with a hundred years′history. This article introduces the process, recognition and experience of the nursing programs pilot accreditation in Nantong University, which aims to provide reference for further development of nursing program accreditation and improve nursing quality of personnel training in comprehensive universities.
