不同年资神经外科监护室护士工作挑战及应对需求的质性研究 被引量:4

Work challenges and respond to demands of NSICU nurse with different working seniority:a qualitative research

摘要 目的 了解神经外科监护室不同年资护士的工作挑战及应对需求.方法 采用一般现象学的方法 对18名不同年资的神经外科监护室(NSICU)护士进行深度访谈.并对访谈所得资料进行分析处理.结果 进行资料分析后在护士面临的挑战方面析出5大主题:工作忙乱、氛围沉重、压力源多、沟通难度大、社会认可度不高;应对需求方面析出5大主题:针对性更强的培训知识、更加先进的知识理念、更加人性化的培训机会、更加人性化的学习时间、更加个性化的休班制度.结论 不同年资的NSICU护士面临的工作挑战及应对需求各有其异同点.把握这些异同点可以对不同年资的护士予以共同性兼个性化的知识培训、职业成长生涯规划、人性化的培养制度等,从而能够更好地使他们处理临床工作的挑战,以推动护理工作的发展. Objective To probe into the work challenges and respond to demands of Neurosurgery intensive care unit ( NSICU) . Methods By phenomenology methods, 18 NSICU nurses with different ages of work experience had in-depth interviews. Results After data analysis, 5 themes were summarized for nurses′challenge, including hectic work, heavy atmosphere, to many pressure sauces, too difficult to communicate, low recognition of society; the demand had 5 themes as well containing better targeted training knowledge, more advanced knowledge concept, more humanized training opportunity, more personalized off-duty regulation. Conclusions NSICU nurses with different length of work confront different and same challenges and demands. To master these kind of different and same points of challenges and demands can provide common and individualized knowledge training, planning of career development, humanized training regulation, etc. for nurses with different work years, so as to contribute them to confront the clinical work challenge and push the development of nursing.
