医务人员工作量的现状及分析

Present situation and analysis of workload in medical staff

随着近期我国医务人员猝死案例的相继发生,医务人员的工作负荷和劳动强度问题备受关注.医务人员工作负荷过重可能对医患双方造成严重影响,医院管理者必须加以重视.本文将针对医务人员工作量现状、产生工作超负荷的原因和工作超负荷给医务人员及患者带来的影响等进行综述,并提出相关建议.

With recent occurrences of sudden death incidence of medical staff members in our country, issues of workload and labor intensity of medical staff members have aroused attention. Since over workload of medical staff members may result in serious influence on the relationship between doctors and patients, hospital managers should pay attention to this phenomenon. This article deeply reviews and summarizes the presentsituation, causes and influences on doctor-patient relationship of over workload in medical staff respectively. Suggestions and recommendations are made based on the relevant analysis.
