金英黄归汤中几个有效成分的分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究自制金英黄归汤中的有效成分。采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法定量检测金英黄归汤中几个有效成分,以期为金英黄归汤的质量控制提供一定的参考依据。结果:紫外分光光度法测得金英黄归汤中总皂苷、总黄酮和总多糖的含量分别为1.835 mg/m L和0.091 mg/m L、98.96 mg/m L;高效液相色谱法测得金英黄归汤中槲皮素、芦丁、木犀草素、绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷、阿魏酸的含量分别为1.69μg/m L、1.70μg/m L、0.71μg/m L、32.45μg/m L、36.43μg/m L、3.56μg/m L、0.95μg/m L。表明绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、总多糖在金英黄归汤中占有较大的含量,可以确定为本制剂的质量控制指标。 To study the ingredient of Jinying Huanggui prepared by our laboratory.In order to provide certain reference basisfor future experiments about the quality control of Jinying Huanggui,some active ingredients were quantitatively detected by Ultra-violet spectrophotometry and High performance liquid chromatography.The content of total saponin,total flavone and total polysac-charides of Jinying Huanggui measured by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry were 1.835 mg/m L-1,0.091 mg/m L-1and 98.96 mg/m L-1,respectively.The contents of quercetin,rutin,mignonette,chlorogenic acid,forsythosides A,phillyrin and ferulic acid measured byHigh performance liquid chromatography were 1.69 μg/m L-1,1.70 μg/m L-1,0.71 μg/m L-1,32.45 μg/m L-1,36.43 μg/m L-1,3.56 μg/m L-1and 0.95 μg/m L-1,respectively.chlorogenic acid,forsythosides A and total polysaccharides are the highly possessed content in Jinying Huanggui and can be used as quality control index.
