摘要
本试验采用选择性培养基分离了滇金丝猴新鲜粪便5种优势菌,生化反应法进行菌落鉴定,K-B药敏纸片法测定细菌药物敏感性。结果显示,从滇金丝猴粪便中分离鉴定出了7种好氧细菌:埃希大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、志贺菌(Shigella)、阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)、伪产碱假单胞菌(Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes)、摩氏摩根菌(Morganella morganii)、屎肠球菌(Entercoccus faecium)、肠球菌PNS-E3(Entercoccus PNS-E3);3种厌氧菌:粪便拟杆菌(B stercoris)、乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)、双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)。药敏试验结果表明,10种肠道菌对红霉素、青霉素G、头孢唑啉、呋喃妥因、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶(复合)、克林霉素、氯霉素、头孢他啶、环丙沙星呈现出不同程度的药物敏感性。
In this study,the selective medium was used to isolate and identify the five dominant bacteria strains in fresh fecesof Rhinopithecus bieti,and then K-B susceptibility paper method was used to investigate the antibiotic susceptibility. Ten bacteriawere isolated and identified by using morphological and cultural characteristics,which included seven aerobic bacteria,Escherichia coli,Shigella,Enterobacter cloacae,Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes,Morganella morganii,Entercoccus faecium,Entercoccus PNSE3,and three anaerobic ones,B stercoris,Lactobacillus brevis and Bifidobacterium. K-B susceptibility experiment showed that tenkinds of intestinal bacteria displayed distinct susceptibility to erythromycin,penicillin G,cefazolin,nitrofurantoin,sulfamethoxa-zole/trimethoprim(composite),clindamycin,chloramphenicol,ceftazidime,and ciprofloxacin.
