摘要
以浙江德清张陆湾村为例,阐述筒屋式村落渐进式微活化改造的思路与方法;在乡村产业转型的语境下,通过筒屋的保护与改造、筒屋群体环境的品质提升等,实现乡村意象的恢复与重塑,助力乡村经济社会文化的持续发展。
Based on an analysis of the case of Zhangluwan Village in Deqing County, this paper elaborates on the microactivated models and gradual approaches for a village of tube-style houses. In the context of rural industrial transformation, the revival and remodeling of rural image can be achieved through the preservation and renovation of tube houses and the improvement of the larger built environment, in hopes of promoting rural economic and social sustainable development.
