医疗建筑设计方案如何理性择优——英国医疗建筑设计质量评价工具引介与启示

HOW TO EVALUATE A DESIGN FOR HEALTHCARE BUILDING RATIONALLY:INTRODUCTION AND INSPIRATIONS OF BRITISH EVALUATION TOOLS FOR DESIGNS OF HEALTHCARE BUILDINGS

由于医院建筑的复杂性和医疗工艺的专业性,对于建设决策团队中的非专业者和无医院项目经验的专业者而言,医院建筑设计的优劣常常难于精准评判;而医疗建筑先进设计理念因专业性强难以广泛传播与应用,这非常不利于医院建设。鉴于当前医疗建设投资规模巨大,亟须开展面向医疗建设各方人士的设计评价研究。本文基于调研,从国内需求出发,介绍英国若干主要医疗建筑设计质量评价工具,并分析其发展的社会机制。

Due to complexity of a hospital, both for non-professionals （such as decision-makers of hospital construction） and professionals （especially ones without hospital project experience）, it is difficult to tell accurately which hospital design is better. At the same time, because advanced ideas of hospital design are difficult for non-professionals to understand, they have not been applied broadly. That situation has inevitably negative impact on our hospital construction. Thus, researches for evaluation of healthcare building design need to be on the agenda to match the investment scale of our hospital construction. Based on results of local surveys, the essay introduces several major evaluation tools for healthcare building design developed by UK. and explores mechanism behind their successful practice.
