人性化护理干预在口腔颌面部骨折中的应用体会

Application experience of humanized nursing intervention in oral and maxillofacial fractures

目的探讨人性化护理干预对口腔颌面部骨折患者的临床治疗效果。方法 50例口腔颌面部骨折患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组25例。实验组实施人性化护理干预,对照组实施常规护理。记录两组治疗效果及满意度。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96%,明显高于对照组的84%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度为96%,明显高于对照组的72%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔颌面部骨折患者实施人性化护理干预能显著改善患者临床状况,减少患者瘢痕形成,提高患者满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by humanized nursing intervention for oral and maxillofacial fractures patients. Methods A total of 50 oral and maxillofacial fractures patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The experimental group received humanized nursing intervention, and the control group received conventional nursing. Curative effects and satisfaction were recorded in both groups. Results The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate as 96% than 84% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group also had higher satisfaction degree as 96% than 72% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of humanized nursing intervention for oral and maxillofacial fractures patients can remarkably improve clinical condition, reduce cicatrization, and increase satisfaction in patients. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
