胫神经电刺激治疗老年人膀胱过度活动症的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 膀胱过度活动症(over active bladder,OAB)是一种老年人常见慢性疾病,〉10%的成年人患有OAB,其中40%为老年人。OAB指无感染或其他病理状态情况下,以尿急为主要临床表现、常伴有尿频和夜尿,可伴有或不伴有急迫性尿失禁的一组症候群。异常的排尿症状可不同程度地影响患者的睡眠、情感、行为、运动及社交。OAB治疗方法包括行为疗法、膀胱训练、盆底肌训练、饮水调整,口服或膀胱内药物治疗、手术治疗等。
