文章将公共艺术介入环境空间规划设计的内在原理置于城市集体记忆建构的框架下进行解读,并分析了城市公共艺术对城市集体记忆建构的影响机制,认为其有助于增强人们对城市空间的认同感。在此基础上,结合城市集体记忆建构的社会过程梳理城市公共艺术实践的规律性内容,并将城市公共艺术与城市规划融合,从价值基点与技术策略方面提出城市公共艺术规划的要点,以此作为公共艺术介入环境空间规划设计的操作路径。
