在对城市毗邻隔离住区的概念与基本特征进行深入剖析的基础上,将社会资本理论应用于住区更新研究。遵循"判定社会资本存量→明确障碍因素→提出优化策略"的研究思路,探讨打破隔离状态、促进住区和谐发展的策略,建立城市毗邻隔离住区更新研究的基本框架。

Applying the theory of social capital to the renewal of existing residential area, by the concept definition and characteristics analysis, this paper follow the research idea of social capital stock evaluation explore the influence of social capital breed＇s social and space factor- bring up the optimization strategy of social-spatial structure. The strategies of how to break the isolation and improve the harmonious development in residential areas are investigated, while a research framework for adjacent segregated residential area renewal is constructed.
