近二十年来,门禁社区已成为后福特主义时期典型的城市空间发展模式,其涉及的学术问题涵盖政治、社会、地理、经济、市政管理、法律、城市规划等多个研究领域,理论及实证研究成果也具有相当的复杂性与争议性,而不仅仅是打开或封闭的二元选择。因此,本文将就门禁社区本身攫取几个关键性问题在这里做一些辨析,希望能够抛砖引玉,激发起更深层次的思考与讨论。

In the last twenty years, the gated community has grown into a typically representative spatial model for urban living development in the age of post-Fordism. It has generated heated debates in the international academic society about varied urban issues in the wide fields of politics, sociology, geography, economics, municipal government, law and urban planning. Related researches and discussions jointly present an entangled and controversial situation which is far from a simple choice of duality between close and open. Therefore, this paper tries to explore and clarify some key issues of gated communities, for the sake of more thinking and discussion in depth.
