本文结合近期新加坡高层公共住房再开发的案例,探讨了高密度城市环境中,如何通过对水平和垂直空间的综合有效利用,处理好城市与社区之间、多种室内和室外空间之间的相互关系,在兼顾住房公共空间和私密性要求的同时,解决当代社会中共享空间与社会需求的问题。

According to cases high-rise public housing redeveloping in Singapore recently, the paper tries to discuss how to make an integrated and effective utilization of the horizontal and vertical space of high-rise buildings in a high density urban environment, which can build harmonious relationships between the city and the community, between a variety of indoor and outdoor space, to balance the different demands of the housing space of public and privacy, and at the same time to solve shared space and social needs of the contemporary society.
