肿瘤科护士化疗药物安全应用情况的质性研究

Qualitative study on application safety of chemotherapeutic drugs by nurses in Oncoiogy Department

目的了解肿瘤科护士对化疗药物安全应用情况，分析影响化疗药物用药安全的因素。方法采用目的抽样方法，选取12名肿瘤科护士进行半结构式深入访谈，所获资料采用Colaizzi现象学研究法进行整理分析。结果肿瘤科护士对化疗药物安全应用共提炼出4个主题，包括药物配置管理、药物使用管理、安全防护管理、患者安全教育管理。结论护理人员应该不断更新知识结构，学习化疗药物安全应用管理知识，加强与医生和药剂师之间的沟通，切实保证化疗药物的用药安全。

Objective To investigate application safety of chemotherapeutic drugs by nurses in oncology department, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods By purposive sampling, 12 nurses in the Oncology Department were selected for semi-structured deep interview. The data was settled and analyzed by Colaizziphenomenological approach. Results Four subjects were extracted for the application safety of chemotherapeutic drugs by nurses in Oncology Department, including drug prescription management, drug usage management, safety guarding management, and patients＇ safety education management. Conclusions It is necessary for nursing staff to update their knowledge structure, master management knowledge on application safety of chemotherapeutic drugs, and to strengthen communication with doctors and pharmacists, so as to guarantee true medication safety of chemotherapeutic drugs.
