Impacts of two different loading methods on the sterilization of glass feeding bottle in hospitals

目的 分析2种不同装载方法对医院内玻璃奶瓶灭菌效果的影响,探讨玻璃奶瓶的最佳装载、包装及灭菌方法.方法 于2013年12月-2014年12月采用目的抽样法抽取河南省商丘市第一人民医院消毒供应室的玻璃奶瓶,分为实验组及对照组,各5组（120个）,对照组采用医用储槽装载灭菌,实验组采用新式的不锈钢镂空带盖篮筐进行装载灭菌,分别存放于30万级空气净化、温湿度符合国家标准的洁净区内的存放架上,在有效期内同一时间点由专职人员进行目测、放大镜检测及细菌培养.结果 对照组5包120个玻璃奶瓶灭菌后进行目测和使用放大镜观察合格率为75.0％,生物学培养灭菌合格率为95.0％;实验组5筐120个玻璃奶瓶灭菌后目测和使用放大镜观察合格率为95.8％,生物学培养灭菌合格率为100.O％;两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 供应室使用新式镂空不锈钢材质包装工具对玻璃奶瓶进行装载,保证了奶瓶灭菌的有效性和奶瓶的完整性,能降低医疗成本,减少医院感染的发生.

Objective To analyze the impacts of two different loading methods on the sterilization of glass feeding bottle in hospitals,to confirm the best loading sterilization methods and provide the acceptable product for the clinical department.Methods By purposive sampling the glass feeding bottles sterilized between December 2013 and December 2014 in Central Sterile Supply Department,the First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu,were chosen.We divided them into experimental group and control group with each 5 groups （120 bottles）.The control group applied medical storage tank to load and sterilize.The experimental group sterilized through innovative stainless steel hollow with cover.Both groups were deposited in the storage rack in the clean area with air 300 000 stage air purification and temperature and humidity meeting the national standards.The professional worker supervised this two items at the same time in validity.In the period of validity,professional personnel implemented visual inspection,a magnifying glass detection and bacterial culture at the same time.Results The visualization and magnifying glass detection qualified rate of 5 packages （120 bottles） in the control group was 75.0%,sterilization quality rate 95.0% by biological cultivation compared with 95.8% and 100.0% in the experimental group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The usage of wrapping tool with innovative hollow stainless steel can ensure the effectiveness and the integrity of the glass feeding bottles,can reduce the medical cost and the occurrence of hospital infection.
