摘要
介绍统计过程控制原理;应用统计过程控制对出口水产品环境微生物进行监测和控制,及时修正生产车间环境条件,减少生产过程中因环境带入而引起的微生物超标。结果表明,在出口水产品加工过程中实施统计过程控制,可以提高良品率,节约资源,降低成本,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。
The principle of statistical process control （SPC） is introduced and SPC is used to monitor and control the environmental microorganism of the aquatic product. The results show that SPC can improve the yield of the product,save the cost,and has certain economic benefits and social benefits.
