浅谈国际市场经济下的进出口食品安全监管

A Study on the Supervision System of the Import and Export Food Safety under Market Economy by an International Perspective

食品安全的进出口监管涉及国计民生、社会稳定,被国际社会所重视。本研究通过揭示国家农业发展阶段、工业发展阶段以及利益分配模式等市场经济因素对食品安全风险的影响特征,指出我国所处阶段,提出进出口监管关注点,以期政府通过采取有力手段发展食品经济,维护进出口食品安全。

The import and export of food safety supervision involves in the national economy and the people＇s livelihood,social stability,which really receives the attention from the international community. To figure out the based risk on the imported and exported food safety,the study reveal different risk factors of food safety from the national agricultural development stage,to the stage of industrial development and to the interest distribution pattern of market economic. Based on the above analysis,which stage China was on,and what focus point we must take was revealed,in order to remind on the above analysis means to develop the food economy,and to maintain safety. the government taking based the safety of food and food safety.
