International Practices and Ideas shifts of Public Health Information Management

介绍公共卫生信息管理的发展历程,总结新世纪以来国际上采用的集成开放式和分布开放式两种主要的公共卫生信息管理模式,及其在美国、英国和加拿大的实践和经验,分析大数据时代公共卫生信息管理理念的4个转变。

Based on the introduction of development process of public health information management, two major public health infor- mation management methods--the integrated- open management method and distributed - open management method--are summed up, and practices and experiences of the two management methods in the United States, Britain and Canada are introduced. Four shifts of public health information management idea in the big data era are analyzed.
