利培酮联合音乐疗法对精神分裂患者的临床效果观察

The clinical effectiveness of risperidone combined with music therapy on patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨联合应用利培酮和音乐疗法治疗精神分裂患者的临床效果。方法 84例精神分裂患者随机分为2组。对照组给予单纯利培酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施音乐疗法,对比分析2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率上,2组分别为90.63%、81.25%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);简明精神病量表(BPRS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)评分比较,治疗后观察组均有明显下降,其与治疗前、对照组相比均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论相比单纯药物治疗,利培酮联合应用音乐疗法可更好的提高精神分裂患者临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigated the clinical effect of risperidone combined with music therapy on patients with schizophrenia. Methods 84 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group received risperidone alone,while the observation group was given music therapy based on the risperidone treatment. The effectiveness of these two groups was analyzed. Results The overall effectiveness of observation group（90.63%）was significantly higher than that in control group（81.25%）（P0.05）. After treatment,BPRS,SANS scores significantly declined in the observation group（P0.05）. And BPRS,SANS scores were markedly lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Risperidone combined with music therapy showed siginificantly better effectiveness on patients with schizophrenia in comparison with the control group（P0.05）.
