综合护理干预对房颤射频消融治疗患者情绪的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对房颤射频消融治疗患者情绪的影响。方法选取我院心血管内科2012年5月-2015年5月收治确诊的114例房颤并行射频消融术的患者,采取随机数字表法将纳入研究的全体病例均分成对照组及观察组,每组各含病例57例。给予对照组患者术后常规性护理1周,观察组则在前者基础上合并综合护理1周,比较两组患者的事件影响量表(IES-R)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果两组患者护理干预前SDS评分、SAS评分以及IES-R评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后两组患者SDS评分、SAS评分以及IES-R评分较各自组干预前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SDS评分、SAS评分以及IES-R评分均较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后侵袭量表、回避量表以及高警觉量表评分较对照组评分均低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够有效改善房颤射频消融患者的情绪,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the emotion of patients with radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation. Methods 114 cases of patients with radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation from May 2012 to May 2015 in cardiovascular department of our hospital. According to the method of random number table,all the patients were divided into two groups averagely ：the control group and the observational group. The control group were given the routine nursing intervention after the operation for 1 week;meanwhile,the observational group were received the comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the routine nursing intervention after operation for 1 week. The SAS,SDS and IES-R were evaluated and compared between the two groups before after nursing intervention. Results There was no significant differences of the scores of SAS,SDS and IES-R between the two groups of patients before receiving nursing care（P0.05）. After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and IES-R all decreased compared with that before nursing intervention in both two groups,and the differences had statistical significances（P0.05）. Meanwhile,the scores of SAS,SDS and IES-R of the observational group were significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing intervention（P0.05）. The scores of aggressive scale,avoidance scale,and high alert scale of the observational group were significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing intervention（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve mood in patients with atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation,and has high clinical value.
