摘要
目的:本研究检测后循环缺血性脑卒中(posterior circulation ischemic stroke,PCIS)患者脑脊液tau、S100B、神经烯醇化酶(neuron-specific Enolase;NSE)浓度,以及调查这些生化标志物与初始卒中严重程度、长期的功能预后之间的关系。方法:23例PCIS患者的脑脊液tau、S100B、NSE浓度进行检测,我们评估脑脊液生化标志物浓度与卒中发作24小时NIHSS评分以及卒中后3个月的mRS评分之间关系。结果:"轻度卒中组"(NIHSS≤7)脑脊液tau、S100B浓度显著低于"中重度卒中组"(NIHSS>7)(P<0.05)。两组脑脊液NSE浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。"好的功能预后组"(mRS1-3)脑脊液tau、S100B浓度显著低于"差的功能预后组"(mRS4-6)(P<0.05),而两组脑脊液NSE浓度差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :PCIS患者脑脊液tau、S100B浓度与卒中特征有关,而NSE的脑脊液浓度,与卒中特征无关。
Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate CSF concentrations of tau, S100 B, and neuronspecific enolase(NSE) in posterior circulation ischemic stroke(PCIS) patients and their relation to initial stroke severity, and long-term stroke outcome. Methods : CSF concentrations of tau, S100 B, and NSE were assessed in 23 PCIS patients(mean 78.7 ±4.35 h after stroke onset). Stroke severity(NIH Stroke Scale [NIHSS ] score was evaluated at 24 h after stroke onset) and then stroke outcome(modified Rankin Scale [m RS ] score was recorded at month 3. Results : Tau and S100 B concentration were significantly higher in moderate to severe stroke group(NIHSS〉7) than in mild stroke group(NIHSS≤7)(P〈0.05). Similarly, tau and S100 B concentration were significantly higher in bad m RS group(mRS 4-6) than in good mRS group(mRS 1-3)(P〈0.05). However, concentrations of NSE did not significantly differ with stroke severity and stroke outcome. Conclusions : CSF concentrations of tau and S100 B are associated with stroke characteristics. However, NSE was not related to stroke characteristics.
