摘要
目的了解护理本科实习生在不良事件发生后的内心体验。方法对8名发生过不良事件的实习生进行访谈,将获得资料运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行处理。结果提炼出3个主题:发生不良事件后的情感冲突,对于不良事件报告的认知与期待,对于患者安全培训教育的期望。结论学校和医院应加强对实习生的患者安全教育,改进对不良事件的处理方式,注重实习环境人文关怀建设,提高学生对不良事件的认知及应对能力。
Objective To understand the psychological experience of undergraduate nursing students who underwent nursing adverse events. Methods A semi-strueture interview was eondueted with eight undergraduate students who underwent nursing adverse events. Data were analyzed by using Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results Three themes were extracted including emotional conflict after the occurrence of adverse events,attitudes and expectation towards adverse event reporting,expectation of patient safety education. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen patient safety education among nursing students,change the processing methods of adverse events and improve humanistic care of practice environment,thereby to improve nursing students' awareness and response capacity towards adverse events.
