责任制护理模式下临床教学的改革与效果

Practice and effects of clinical teaching reform under responsibility nursing mode

目的探讨责任制护理模式下临床教学的改革方法及效果。方法在责任制护理模式下,对2012年7月—2014年6月在我院心内科病房实习的120名护理本科实习生进行临床教学,对实习生进行出科考核并调查患者对学生的满意度。结果学生理论考试成绩为(92.7±2.4)分,操作考试成绩为(86.2±3.9)分,患者对学生的满意度为(89.3±5.2)分。结论在责任制护理模式下的临床教学,护理本科实习生可以较好掌握护理理论和操作技能,并得到患者的认可。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical teaching reform under responsibility nursing mode. Methods The reformed clinical teaching under responsibility nursing mode was applied among 120 undergraduate nursing students from July 2012 to June 2014. The outcomes were evaluated using students＇ performance in theoretical exam and skill test,as well as patient satisfaction with questionnaires. Results The average score of theoretical exam was 92.7±2.4 and the average score of skill test was 86.2±3.9. The total score of patient satisfaction with the students was 89.3±5.2. Conclusion The reformed clinical teaching mode can improve students＇ theoretical knowledge and skills,and increase patient satisfaction.
