The effects of clinical communication skills training among associate degree nursing students

摘要 目的探讨护理大专实习生临床沟通技能培训的效果。方法对在我院实习的22名护理大专生进行6次沟通技能培训。用沟通技巧分量表分别于培训前后对学生进行问卷调查。培训结束后,学生对培训目标达标情况进行自我评价。结果培训后护理大专生的沟通技能评分为(71.71±8.90)分,培训前为(62.14±11.78)分,培训前后评分差异有统计学意义(t=5.750,P=0.001)。20名学生认为达到自设的培训目标。结论沟通技能培训能有效提高护理大专生沟通技能。 Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical communication skills training among associate degree nursing students. Methods Twenty-two associate degree nursing students received 6-session communication skills training. They were investigated with communication skills questionnaire before and after training. Results After training,the communication skill score of associate degree nursing students increased from 62.14±11.78 to 71.71± 8.90 (t=5.750,P=0.001). Twenty students reported that they achieved the set target. Conclusion Communication skills training is helpful for the improvement of communication skills of associate degree nursing students.
