护理学硕士研究生科研能力的调查分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的了解护理学硕士研究生科研能力现状。方法采用方便抽样法,选取我国8所重点院校的100名应届毕业护理学硕士研究生进行调查,应用一般资料调查表、护理学硕士研究生科研能力评价问卷及科研成果调查问卷进行资料收集。结果护理学硕士研究生科研能力得分为(97.07±12.41)分,优秀、良好者占96.0%;科研行为较为普遍的是参与课题、以第一作者发表核心期刊文章1篇以上及参加国内学术会议;经常参加学术讲座与学术讨论的研究生的科研能力得分高于偶尔参加学术讲座与学术讨论的研究生,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我国重点院校护理学硕士研究生科研能力总体较好,但科研实践能力还需加强。护理学硕士研究生科研能力的培养应注重营造良好的学术氛围。 Objective To investigate the level of research capacity among master students in nursing science. Methods A convenient sample of 100 master students in nursing science were recruited from eight universities in China. Demographic data form,research capacity questionnaire and research products questionnaire were used to collect data. Results The total score of research capacity of master students in nursing science was 97.07±12.41 and the majority of master students(96.0%) had high level research capacity. Participation in research projects, publishing papers on core journals as first author and attending national academic conferences were common among master students. Students who attend academic lectures and discussions frequently got significant higher score in research capacity than those attend occasionally(P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of research capacity of master students in nursing science from key universities is high but research practice needs to be improved in future. Nursing educators should focus on creating favorable academic atmosphere to improve the research capacity of master students.
