摘要
智慧住宅小区是智慧城市的重要组成部分。论文阐述了智慧城市、智慧社区、智慧小区之间的关系,结合我国智慧城市建设的总体目标和智能住宅小区建设经验,全面、系统地研究并提出了智慧小区"五民一管"服务体系,可用于指导智慧小区的顶层设计,避免智慧小区低水平建设。
Smart residential district is an important part of the smart city, this article discusses the relationship between smart City, smart community and smart residence district, and the combination of the overall objectives of our smart city construction and experience of intelligent residential district construction, comprehensive, systematic research and put forward the smart residential district “Six aspects”service system, can be used for the top-level design of the guidance of the smart residential district, and to avoid the low level construction of the smart residential district.
