摘要
通过对上海市虹口108地块项目工程设计中BIM技术应用进行简要分析,阐述BIM技术在机电工程施工中的具体应用方法,证明了运用BIM技术可以有效降低施工成本,提高工作效率,对缩短施工工期具有重要的促进作用。
