摘要
随着现代飞机性能要求的不断提高,对飞机机轮轴承提出了更高的要求,研制性能更佳的机轮轴承供机轮选用已是必然趋势,本文介绍了一种采用立式液压加载系统以及对滚式的被动驱动轴承外圈旋转方式的飞机机轮轴承重负荷冲击试验机,可模拟机轮轴承在机轮上承受的径向和轴向静载荷试验、动载荷谱滚转疲劳寿命试验、冲击载荷承载能力试验、刹车制动试验等受载工况试验。
With the improvement of the performance requirements of modern aircraft, higher requirements for aircraft wheel bearing are put forward. It is an inevitable trend to develop better performance bearing for selection and use. This article introduces bearing heavy loading impact testing machine for aircraft wheel, which adopts vertical hydraulic loading system and outer ring rotation of double roller system passive driving bearing. The testing machine can simulate the bearing in the wheel under radial and axial direction static load testing, dynamic loading spectrum roll fatigue life testing, impulsive load bearing capacity testing, brake testing and so many operating conditions testing.
