This investigation is about the practicability of turning the traditional copy method into One-stop Self-service printing mode. This new mode will firstly verifying the applicant information and his/her second generation identity,after which can finish self service functions, such as query, transfer, printing, self help payment. The patients can get their medical records efficiently. This new mode can help reduce costs of human resource and wastage of medical files and raise the level of convenience service.
