Filling Quality Analysis of Death Medical Certificate and Relevant Countermeasures

目的分析某医院死亡医学证明书填写过程中存在的问题,提出解决对策。方法回顾性分析某医院2015年1月-12月死亡医学证明书填写存在的质量缺陷内容,并将科室、缺陷问题等进行归类总结、统计和分析。结果 2015年1月-12月检查死亡医学证明书973份,填写有缺陷的473份,缺陷率占48.61%;缺陷问题条目数280条,其中基本信息项目填写不完整、漏填、错填构成比例最高,占46.43%。结论死亡医学证明书填写不准确的问题,是影响质量的关键因素,强化责任意识,制定多样性的培训方法,注重环节质控,提升管理方法,是提高死亡医学证明书的填写质量的有效措施。

Objectives To analyze the problems existing in the filling process of medical death certificate and put forward relevant countermeasures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the quality defects content in the filling process of death medical certificate of a hospital from January to December 2015, and summarized the classified sections, defects and so on, the made statistics and analysis. Results A total of 973 parts by January 2015-Dec check medical certificate of death,fill defective 473 points,defect rate of 48.61%;The number of entries defects 280,Wherein the basic items of information to fill in incomplete, incomplete, wrong fill constitute the highest proportion accounted for 46.43%. Conclusions Medical Certificate of death filled not accurate was a key influence factor to the quality. We should strengthen the sense of responsibility, develop diversity training methods, focus on quality control of links, promote the management methods and improve the filling quality of death medical certificate as well as the management level of the hospital.
