运用PDCA循环法提高医院危急值管理水平

To Improve the Critical Value Management Level of A Hospital With the Application of PDCA Circulation Method

目的通过运用PDCA循环法,持续提高医院危急值管理水平。方法将危急值管理过程分为计划、执行、检查和行动四个环节,并依照管理目标开展工作,通过检查工作人员知晓率、查阅信息系统和危急值登记本的方法对实施效果进行分析评估。结果通过运用PDCA循环法进行危急值管理持续改进,统计数据显示从2013年第四季度至2015年第四季度,医院工作人员危急值知晓率由46.0%提升至84.0%、危急值报告率由81.2%提升至95.4%、报告及时率由54.2%提升至86.2%、记录书写合格率由70.6%提升至91.0%、临床处理及时率由45.5%提升至82.0%,均存在显著性差异。结论通过运用PDCA循环法,医院危急值管理水平得到了明显提升,但在实际工作中仍存在患者来源无法追溯、信息获取不及时等问题,有待通过进一步持续改进解决。

Objective To improve the critical value management level of a hospital with the application of PDCA circulation method continuously. Methods To divide the process of critical value management into 4 parts： plan, carry out, inspection and action, carry out the work according to the management target, and make analysis and assessment on the application effect by inspecting the awareness rate as well as the methods of searching information system and critical value record. Results Through the PDCA circulation method, the rate of awareness of hospital staffs was increased from 46.0% to 84.0%, the reporting rate was increased from 81.2% to 95.4%, the rate of timely reporting was increased from 54.2% to 86.2%,therate of timely recording was increased from 70.6% to 91.0%,while the rate of timely processing was increased from45.5% to 82.0%.All of the statistics showed significant differences. Conclusions The PDCA circulation method greatly improved the management of critical value of the hospital, while there were still existing questions such as the resource of the patients could not be traced and delay information acquirement, which needed further continuously improvement.
