Multiple Regression Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Hospitalization Expenses in Type 2 Diabetes Patients Who Received Intensive Therapy

目的分析2型糖尿病住院强化治疗患者费用的构成和特点,探讨强化治疗患者住院费用的影响因素和解决对策。方法采用现况调查的方法,收集研究患者的住院用药、检查、化验等相关信息,住院费用影响因素分析运用多重线性回归。结果住院费用的构成中化验费的比例最高为32.36%,药费的比例次之;住院总费用和药费的影响因素是年龄、住院天数、是否有并发症和所采取的治疗方案,化验费的影响因素是住院天数和是否有并发症,检查费的影响因素为是否有并发症和是否有合并症。结论积极控制并发症是降低2型糖尿病患者住院费用的有效措施。

Objectives To analyze the composition and characteristics of hospitalization expenses in type 2 diabetes patients who received intensive therapy, and explore the influencing factors and relevant countermeasures. Methods To collect related information included inpatient medication, inspection and testing of patients with the application of inventory survey method, and conduct analysis on the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses with multiple linear regression analysis. Results The highest proportion of the constitution of hospitalization expense was laboratory charges,32.36%, the second was medicine.The influence factors of the total hospitalization expenses and expenses for medicine were age, hospitalization days, whether there were complications and treatment options were adopted.The factors affecting the test fee was the length of hospital stay and whether there were complications, the factors affecting the inspection fee were whether there were complications and other diseases. Conclusion To control the complications actively was an effective measure to decrease the hospitalization expenses for patients with type 2 diabetes.
