摘要
随着结构设计精细化程度的提高,越来越多的非对称承力结构被应用到飞机设计中。传统的载荷标定方式,无法准确分离非对称结构复合受载时的不同性质载荷产生的响应,导致载荷方程误差较大。通过简化载荷通道响应模型,计算通道响应分配因子,建立针对承受拉压、弯曲复合载荷的非对称结构件的载荷标定方法,并通过虚拟标定试验及实际标定试验进行了验证。结果表明,本方法有效消除了载荷耦合带来的误差,所建载荷方程具有较高准确性。
With the structure design to improve the degree of precision, more and more asymmetric bearing structures were applied to aircraft design. Traditional load calibration method, the response generated by the different load of the asymmetric structure cannot be separated, causing the error of load equation. The model of the load passage were simplified, by calculating channel response distribution factor, a load calibration method for asymmetrical structure were established, which were based on the tension and bending load. The virtual calibration experiments and the actual calibration tests were carried out. The results show that the method can effectively eliminate the errors caused by the load coupling, and the load equation has high accuracy.
