重度子痫患者分娩后性功能变化的临床调查分析

Clinical investigation of sexual function changes after childbirth in patients with severe preeclampsia

目的:探讨重度子痫患者分娩后性功能变化情况,以期提高对该疾病认识水平。方法:回顾性分析2012年7月至2015年7月112例重度子痫分娩患者,观察性功能变化情况,并通过问卷调查观察其中性功能下降患者进行相关影响因素分析。结果:分娩后性欲望平均为(157.8±32.5)分,性唤起为(135.7±16.3)分,性高潮为(141.2±38.5)分,性心理为(134.6±25.6)分,性行为异常症状为(122.4±38.2)分。FSH为(12.58±1.32)IU/L,LH为(11.34±1.32)IU/L,E2为(0.12±0.04)nmol/L;重度子痫患者分娩后性功能单危险因素有婚龄、夫妻感情、健康状况、婚姻状况(P<0.05);而和年龄、职业、分娩方式无关(P>0.05);经非条件Logistic回归分析,婚龄、夫妻感情、健康状况、婚姻状况是重度子痫患者分娩后性功能独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:重度子痫患者分娩后性功能以下降为主,而婚龄、夫妻感情、健康状况、婚姻状况是性功能障碍危险因素。

Objectives： To investigate the sexual function changes after childbirth of patients with severe preeclampsia,in order to raise the awareness of the disease. Methods： 112 patients with severe preeclampsia from July 2008 to July 2015 were selected to observe the changes in sexual function after childbirth,and through questionnaires relevant influencing factors were investigated. Results： After childbirth,average scores of sexual desire was（ 157. 8 ± 32. 5） points,sexual arousal was（ 135. 7 ± 16. 3） points,orgasm was（ 141. 2 ± 38. 5） points,sex psychology was（ 134. 6 ± 25. 6） points and abnormal sexual symptoms was（ 122. 4 ± 38. 2） points. FSH was（ 12. 58 ± 1. 32） IU / L; LH was（ 11. 34 ± 1. 32） IU / L; E2was（ 0. 12 ± 0. 04） nmol / L. For patients with severe eclampsia,single risk factors affecting their sexual function after childbirth included marriageable age,marital relations,health and marital status（ P〈0. 05）,while age,occupation and mode of delivery was unrelated（ P〉0. 05）. According to non- conditional logistic regression analysis,the age of marriage,marital relations,health status,marital status were all independent risk factors（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The sexual function of patients with severe preeclampsia declines after childbirth,and the age of marriage,marital relations,health status and marital status are all risk factors of sexual dysfunction.
