摘要 身体塑形成为越来越受欢迎的美容手术,其中吸脂减肥术仍是最有效的去除脂肪的治疗方法。吸脂术效率较高,但有创伤性,有一定的手术风险,如感染、瘢痕、血肿、深静脉血栓形成、肺栓塞和全身麻醉等相关风险,所以寻找可替代的无创身体塑形方法成为热点。身体塑形按是否进入体内分为有创/微创身体塑形和无创身体塑形,前者包含负压吸脂、激光辅助溶脂、超声辅助溶脂和注射溶脂,后者包括超声、冷冻溶脂、按摩、射频、低强度激光和这些方法的综合应用。这些方法都能不同程度地局部收紧皮肤或减少脂肪,而冷冻溶脂被认为是有效减少脂肪细胞数量的方法。
