医教协同背景下中医临床人才培养若干问题的探讨

Problems concerning TCM clinical talent cultivation under background of medical and educational collaboration

医教协同深化临床医学人才培养是国家的重要战略,是借鉴国际经验、遵循医学教育规律、保证临床人才培养质量的有效举措。在贯彻实施这一政策的过程中,有许多具体问题需要加以重视和解决,包括卫生行业对中医临床人才培养的责任主体问题,不同学制和类别的中医临床人才培养的目标定位问题,新政策对中医学专业招生生源影响问题等。提出:必须建立有效的体制和机制,才能真正实现医教协同,使这一政策落到实处,从而保证和提高中医临床人才的培养质量。

Medical and educational collaboration to deepen clinical medical talent training is an important strategy in our country. It is an effective measure to learn international experience, keep to the law of medical education and to ensure the quality of clinical talent training. However, there are still problems that need to be solved in the process of carrying out this policy, such as the main responsibility of the health care industry for the TCM clinical talent training, the target location about clinical talent cultivation in different educational system and category, the impact on the enrollment of Chinese medicine profession which are caused by the new policy. Thus we propose that an effective institution mechanism should be set up to put the new policy into practice and ensure and improve the quality of TCM clinical talent cultivation.
