论医教一体化背景下附属医院临床教学师资队伍的建设——以浙江中医药大学附属第一医院为例

Building clinical teaching staff in affiliated hospitals in the background of medical and educational integration——A case study of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang Chinese Medical University

医教一体化通过完善"双师型"人员的岗位设置、考核奖励办法、教学业绩考核办法以及在医教一体化实施过程中需配套的一系列运作机制,提高医师的教学积极性,保障医学生的临床教育质量。这一举措是对现有附属医院中"重医疗、轻教学"氛围的一种调整与拨正,值得深入地探讨。

Medical and educational integration can be achieved by completing doctor-teacher double post setting and conducting incentive performance evaluation. During the implementation process, a series of operating mechanism should be set up to raise medical staff＇ s initiatives in teaching and ensure clinical teaching quality. This can be an effective measure for the present affiliated hospitals to set right the atmosphere of ＂emphasizing medical treatment and ne^lectin~ teachin~ l^ractice＂.
