经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果 被引量:1

Effect of Jingtongshu particles on endometriosis

摘要 目的探讨经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法随机选取2014年3月至2014年9月72例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组36例;对照组予以孕三烯酮口服药物治疗,2.5 mg/次、2次/周,连续用药一个疗程;实验组予以经痛愈舒颗粒口服冲剂治疗,温水冲服,100 ml/次、2次/d,连续用药一疗程。停药后记录两组患者症状、体征及B超检查结果。结果治疗后实验组痊愈率(16.67%)高于对照组(5.56%);实验组显效率(50.00%)高于对照组(33.33%);实验组有效率(30.56%)高于对照组(38.89%);实验组无效率(2.78%)低于对照组(22.22%);实验组总有效率(97.22%)显著高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效显著优于孕三烯酮,值得临床广泛应用与推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Jingtongshu particles on endometriosis. Methods From March 2014 to September 2014,72 cases of endometriosis were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with gestrinone,2. 5 mg / times,2 times per week,a course of continuous drugs. The patients in the experiment group were given Jingtongshu particles,water a blunt,100 ml / times,2 times / day,continuous administration a course of treatment. After drug withdrawal,the symptoms,signs and B ultrasonic examination results were recorded. Results After treatment,the cure rate was 16. 67% in the experiment group,which was higher than that of the control group( 5. 56%); the efficiency was 50. 00% in the experiment group,which was higher than the control group( 33. 33%); the effective rate was 30. 56% in the experiment group,which was higher than that of the control group 38. 89%; the inefficiency was 2. 78% 97. 22% in the experiment group,which was lower than that of the control group( 22. 22%); the total effective rate was 97. 22% in the experiment group,which was higher than that of the control group( 77. 78%),there were significant differences( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Jingtongshu particles has better curative effect on endometriosis than gestrinone,and it is worth clinical extensive application and promotion.
