转Bt玉米对育肥五指山猪生长性能及养分消化率的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究转Bt玉米对育肥五指山猪生长性能及养分消化率的影响。选取6月龄遗传背景相近、初始体重(29.83±1.67)kg、健康育肥五指山猪32头,随机分为2个处理组,每个处理组设4个重复,每个重复4头。分别饲喂转Bt玉米(试验组)和非转基因玉米(对照组)日粮。试验为期60 d。结果表明:1试验组的末重、日增重、采食量及料重比均与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05);2两组总能、干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和磷的表观消化率间都未达到显著差异的水平(P>0.05)。综合认为,转Bt玉米对育肥五指山猪的生长性能及养分消化率未产生负面影响。 To investigate the effects of genetically modified Bt maize on growth performance and nutri-ent digestibilities of fattening Wuzhishan pigs, thirty-two 6-month-old healthy fattening pigs with thesimilar genetic backgrounds and average initial weight of(29.83±1.67) kg were randomly assigned intotwo treatments, 4 replicates of 4 pigs each. Pigs were provided by diets containing genetically modifiedBt maize(Experimental group) or non-genetically modified maize(Control one) during the period of 60 days, respectively. The results showed that: 1 Final weight, average daily gain, average daily feed in-take and feed/gain ratio of experimental group were not significantly different from those of control one(P〉0.05). 2 There were no significant differences in apparent digestibilities of gross energy, dry mat-ter, crude protein, crude extract, calcium and phosphorus between the two groups(P〉0.05). In a word,there were no adverse effects of genetically modified Bt maize on growth performance and nutrient di-gestibilities of fattening Wuzhishan pigs.
