Analysis on Chaiyu Ercheng Decoction in Treating Syndrome of Liver Qi Attacking Stomach

目的 :分析柴郁二陈汤治疗肝气犯胃诸症经验。方法 :探讨肝气犯胃证理论特点,分析其辨证及诊治要点,了解柴郁二陈汤的组方思路。通过研习临床验案,总结王坤根应用本方治疗肝气犯胃证的经验。结果:肝气犯胃证主要指的是肝疏太过,木强乘土,而非肝疏不及,土壅木郁。治当以清疏肝气为主,辅以苦降和胃。对胃胀、胃痛、失眠等验案的分析说明柴郁二陈汤确有清疏和胃之效,善治肝气犯胃证。结论:柴郁二陈汤功专疏肝和胃,凡肝气犯胃者,无论痛、胀、气、酸,皆可化裁用之。

Objective：To analyze Chaiyu Erchen decoction in treating syndrome of liver Qi attacking stom- ach. Methods：Syndrome characteristics of liver Qi attacking stomach,syndrome differentiation and diagnostic points were analyzed to recognize the prescription ideas of Chaiyu Erchen decoction. WANG Kungen＇s ex- perience of Chaiyu Erchen decoction in treating syndrome of liver Qi attacking stomach were summarized through the study of clinical cases. Results ：Syndrome of liver Qi attacking stomach referred to hyperactivity of live Qi over-restricting the earth,not the obstruction of the earth and the wood,which should be treated by soothing the live Qi,assisted by reducing the stomach Qi with herbs bitter in taste to harmonize the stomach. The analysis on cases of stomach distension,stomachache and insomnia showed that Chaiyu Erchen decoction had the effects of soothing the liver Qi to harmonize the stomach,effective in treating syndrome of liver Qi attacking stomach. Conclusion ：The effects of Chaiyu Erchen decoction were soothing the liver Qi to harmonize the stomach. Syndrome of liver Qi attacking stomach manifested as stomach distension,stom- achache,mass in the right hypochondrium and sour regurgitation could be treated by adding or reducing Chaiyu Erchen decoction.
