摘要
目的研究分层次带教在临床带教中的应用效果,为进一步做好护理队伍培养提供参考。方法选取临床218名护理实习生,随机分为对照组和试验组,分别采用常规临床带教办法和分层次带教方法进行培养,评价培养后效果。结果经过分层次带教后,不同学历层次护生临床核心能力总分均高于传统带教。分层次带教模式下大专学历护生临床护理得分明显优于传统带教模式,本科学历护生在评判性思维和科研能力、专业发展明显优于传统带教;研究生学历护生在评判性思维和科研能力、教育咨询及专业发展明显优于传统带教方式。结论分层次带敦可提高不同学历护生核心能力.有利于护理专业培养专业型、成长型、骨干型护理人才。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the applicative effect of multi-level clinical nursing training method, thus to provide a reference for the further improvement of the nurse training. Method 218 intern nurses were selected in this study. All suhjcets were divided into experimental and control group using random sampling method. Hcspeetively, the experimental grottp interns were trained with normal c, linieal training method, and the control group interns were trained with muhi-level clinical nursing teaching method. And evaluate outcome of capabilities within both of the two group after training. Results In the experimental group, after multi -level elinical nursing training, the nurse interns with different edueational level showed higher total seores in their clinical core competence than interns in control group trained with normal clinical training method. For the interns with college degrees, those who were trained with multi-level ~:llnieal nursing training method received a significantly higher seore than those training with normal clinical method. For the interns with hachelor degrees, the abilities of critical thinking, researching, and development of major are significantly higher than those in control group. For interns with master degrees, the abilities of critical thinking, researehing, educational consultation, and development of their major are significantly higher than those in eontrol group. Conclusion Multi-level clinical nursing training method can improve the ability of interns with different degrees, thus will hencfit the nursing speciality with professional, increasable and backbone talents.
