文章在界定了国有林区生态文明建设的基础上,以伊春市为例,从环境资源、监管力度、产业结构及生活方式和生态意识四个方面分析了生态文明建设现状,由此发现目前伊春市生态文明建设方面仍存在资源形势严峻、信息公开时效性较弱、第三产业发展相对缓慢和公众生态责任与参与意识不强的问题,并从政府的角度提出了相应的可行性对策。
