互联网思维下的苹果产业链重构研究

传统苹果产业链存在诸多问题,在国家大力发展"互联网+农业"的背景下,文章利用互联网思维实现苹果产业链的重构和升级:开展订单农业,以电子商务平台为中心,整合生产单位进行标准化、规模化生产,统一检测、安全供给,第三方资金监管平台发挥预付资金担保作用。政府在苹果产业链重构过程中应当发挥积极作用:加速完善网络基础设施建设;与大企业合作,落实平台建设;加强冷链物流基础设施建设,引进先进的物流信息系统;鼓励各类苹果生产组织积极开展苹果网上销售新模式。

In view of problems existed in the traditional apple industry chains, this paper plays to reconstruct and upgrade the apple industry chain under the background of＂Internet ＋ agriculture＂. It will carry out the contract farming, integrate producers on the e-commerce platform for standardized and large-scaled production. The product will be unified test and supplied. Third-party regulatory capital platform will play a role of prepaid funds guarantee.Furthermore, Government will play an active role in the process of apple industrial restructuring, which includes perfecting the network infrastructure construction; cooperating with large enterprises, carrying out the platform construction; strengthening the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure, bringing in the advanced logistics information system; and encouraging apple production organization actively to carry out online marketing.
