分段排查法处理水电站事故停机液压系统故障

摘要 鉴于水电站由于事故停机液压系统一般采用多级放大方式控制,出现的故障就具有较强的偶发性、复杂性和隐蔽性,分析处理过程较为曲折,通过介绍两例具有代表性的事故停机液压系统故障的处理过程,总结归纳出一种分段排查法,可以有效地减少故障点的判断时间,对于解决该类问题具有很好的参考价值。 The control of the emergency shutdown hydraulic system in hydropower stations is usually of the multi-stage amplification mode. Operational faults of the hydraulic system are thus of the characteristics such as randomness, com- plexity and concealment. The diagnosis and treatment of these faults are also difficult and complicated. According to the treatment experiences of two typical emergency shutdown hydraulic system failures, a sectional investigation method is proposed, which can effectively locate the fault point. It could be useful reference for the treatment of similar problems.
