摘要
海州香薷是我国发现的具有很强铜富集能力的本土植物,在非铜矿区也有分布,可在污染土壤植物修复中使用。为揭示海州香薷不同抗性生态群的生理生态差异,选取铜矿区与非铜矿区种子培养而成海州香薷植株进行铜处理,采用转化酶活性作为植株生理状况的指示标志,来确定铜浓度对不同抗性海州香薷植株的影响。研究结果表明,铜胁迫下,抗性海州香薷可以正常生长,而非抗性海州香薷生长受到各种抑制,且抑制作用部分很有可能在细胞壁。
Elsholtzia Splendens, a common kind of lamium annual herb plants distributed even in nonIcopper mining areas in China, is strongly capable of enriching copper and can be used for the remediation of contaminated soil. To reveal the physiological and ecological difference among various resistance sinusia of Elsholtzia Splendens, the plants cultivated from seeds individually collected in copper mining areas and non-copper mining areas were used to treat copper with invertase activity as an indicator for their physiological status to find out the effects of copper concentration on the plants Elsholtzia Splendens with different resistances. It has shown that under copper stress, the resistant plant Elsholtzia Splendens could be growing in normal way whilst the non-resistant one would get somewhat inhibited with part of the inhibition probably occurring at cell walls.
