Knowledge broker helps the organizations to allocate resources reasonably and maintain the efficient operation of the supply chain in knowledge supply chain. This article discusses the operation process of knowledge supply chain based on knowledge broker, and analyzes its core operation process, safeguard mechanism and influence factors. Then it takes American education broker Ambassador as an example to illustrate the operation of knowledge broker, which will be conducive to the improvement of knowledge supply chain performance.
