高定点结扎悬吊及外剥整形术治疗环状混合痔临床研究

The Highly located-sites Ligation ＆ Suspension plus External Dissection ＆ Plasty in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids ：Clinical Research

为探讨高定点结扎悬吊及外剥整形术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将270例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组135例。治疗组采用高定点结扎悬吊及外剥整形术治疗，对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗，观察2组疗效、术后并发症、创面愈合时间及患者满意度等指标。结果显示，治疗组术后在肛缘水肿、痔核残留、疼痛、创面愈合时间、肛门分泌物、治愈率、患者满意度等方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，高定点结扎悬吊及外剥整形术治疗环状混合痔可明显减少术后并发症，具有创面愈合时间短，近远期疗效好，患者满意度高等优点。

This study was to explore the effect of the procedure of highly located-site ligation ＆ suspension plus external dissection ＆ plasty for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 270 cases of this hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one, 135 cases for each; gave above-mentioned procedure to the former,while external dissection 8＊ internal ligation to the latter;then observed and compared both group＇s effect, postoperative complication, wound-surface healing time and patient＇s satisfactory degree, ere indexes. As results, in postoperative ano-edge edema, hemorrhoids mass residues, pain, woundsurface healing time, secretion from anus, as well curative rate and patient＇s satisfactory degree, etc the former was all superior the latter （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above-mentioned combination procedure can significantly reduce postoperative complication, and has such merits as short healing time of wound-sur- face, good short and long-term effect, and high satisfactory degree, etc.
