摘要
目的本文旨在研究改性大豆植物油的遗传毒性。方法通过Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验,评价改性大豆植物油是否具有遗传毒性。结果 Ames实验结果表明,改性大豆植物油对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA1024株试验菌株结果均为阴性;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验中各剂量组2种性别小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞与成熟红细胞的比值为1.33~1.47,未见样品对2种性别小鼠的骨髓细胞有明显的抑制作用,各剂量组2种性别小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率与样品溶剂对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〈0.05);小鼠精子畸形试验中各剂量组小鼠精子畸形率与样品溶剂对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论三项致突变试验结果均为阴性,未见改性大豆植物油具有遗传毒性。
Objective To study the genotoxicity of salatrim. Methods To assess whether there is genotoxicity in salatrim by the Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test and mice sperm abnormality test. Results The Ames test showed that salatrim was negative to 4 tester strains TA97,TA98,TA100,TA102; the bone marrow cell micronucleus test indicated that the scope of PCE / NCE was within 1. 33- 1. 47,and there was no significant inhibitory effect on the bone marrow cells of the two genders; there was no statistical significance on the difference of bone marrow micronucleus rate between the two genders in each dose group,compared withe the sample solvent control group( P〈0. 05); there was no statistical significance on the difference in sperm abnormality rate,compared with the solvent control group,in mice sperm abnormality test in each dose group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The results of the three mutagenic tests were all negative,and there was no genetic toxicity in the modified soybean vegetable oil.
