上海市松江区急性呼吸道感染儿童的病毒病原谱分析

Analysis of viral etiology in children with acute respiratory infection in Songjiang district,Shanghai

目的了解上海市松江区儿童类流感病例（ILI）中主要的病毒病原谱及其他呼吸道病毒感染的情况,初步分析其流行规律。方法应用实时荧光PCR和多重PCR检测方法进行流感病毒、人呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）、人偏肺病毒（MPV）、人腺病毒（Ad V）、人冠状病毒（Co V）、人肠道病毒（HEV）、人博卡病毒（HBo V）、人副流感病毒（PIV）检测。结果在837份门诊患者鼻咽拭子中,流感病毒阳性率为11.35%（95/837）,其他呼吸道病毒检出构成比为62.49%（523/837）,以HEV、Adv和RSV感染为主。6个月~6岁的年龄段为主要易感发病儿童;1月、8月和12月是流感易暴发时段;7月、10月、12月是其他呼吸道病毒易感染阶段。结论 2015年1月-12月上海市松江区急性呼吸道儿童感染的病毒病原中,季节性H3N2是最常见的流感病毒病原体;HEV、Adv和RSV是其他呼吸道病毒感染的主要病原体。

Objective To understand the viral etiology and the other respiratory tract virus infections in children with influnza-like- illness in Songjiang district,Shanghai,and to analyze it＇s epedemic characteristics. Methods Samples were detected by real- time PCR and multiplex real- time PCR for RSV,MPV,Ad V,Co V,HEV,HBo V,PIV as well as influenza virus.Results Among the 837 samples of nasopharyngeal swabs in patients of out- patient department,the positive rate of flu viral was 11. 35%（ 95 /837）,and the constructive ratio of respiratory virus detection was 62. 49%（ 523 /837）,with HEV,Adv and RSV the dominant viruses in the non- flu viruses; patients aged 6 months- 6 years old were the epidemic targets. January,August and December were the outbreak period of influenza; July,October,December were the other respiratory virus infection phase. Conclusion Seasonal influenza H3N2 was the most common respiratory virus in children with acute respiratory infection in Songjiang district,Shanghai during January 2015- December 2015. HEV,Adv and RSV are the major acute respiratory non- flu viruses in children at the same time.
