摘要
目的研究白细胞VCS参数在幼儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染不同阶段的的变化趋势,探讨VCS各参数在病毒感染性疾病中的变化特点及临床应用意义。方法研究对象为CMV-Ig M(+)现症感染组86例,再根据尿CMV DNA结果分为CMV DNA(-)的早期感染组和(+)的感染期组,同时设既往感染[CMV-Ig G(+)]组45例,以及健康对照组58例。应用Beckman Coulter LH750全自动血细胞检测白细胞VCS参数,同时分析比较3组间白细胞VCS各参数的变化特点。结果与对照组比较,既往感染组MLV、MLS参数变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,早期感染组和感染期组的白细胞VCS参数中,MNV、MLV、LVD、MMV、MVD参数增大,WBC、MLC、MLS、MMC、MMS参数逐渐变小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与早期感染组比较,感染期组参数MLC、MLS、MMS逐渐变小,而MVD逐渐变大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白细胞VCS参数在幼儿CMV感染后不同时期具有不同的变化,可以为CMV感染的发病进展提供辅助诊断价值。
Objective To study the changes of VCS parameters in the different stages of cytomegalovirus( CMV) infection in children,and to explore the characteristics and clinical significance of the changes of VCS parameters in viral infectious diseases. Methods The research object were 86 cases of CMV- Ig M( +) as the infectious group,then were divided into the CMV DNA(-) recent infection group and CMV DNA( +) infection group according to the urine CMV DNA results. The 45 samples were regarded as previous infection group[CMV- Ig G( +) ],and 58 samples were regarded as health control group. The leukocyte VCS parameters were detected using Beckman Coulter LH750 automatic hematology analyzer,and the change characteristic of VCS were analyzed among the three groups. Results Compared with the normal control group,there was statistical significance on the difference of MLV and MLS in previous infection group( P〈0. 05),but there was no statistical significance on the difference of the other parameters( P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group,the VCS parameters in recent infection group and infection group,MNV,MLV,LVD,MMV,MVD increased progressively,while WBC,MLC,MLS,MMC,MMS decreased progressively,with the differences statistically significant( P〈0. 05); compared with the recent infection group,the MLC,MLS,MMS in infection group decreased,while the MVD increased,with the differences statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Leukocyte VCS parameters showed different changes in the different stages of CMV infection,which can provide assistant diagnostic value for the development of CMV infection.
